Responsibilities

Assisting teachers and staff in locating and utilizing educational resources, digital tools, and instructional materials.
Supporting students with academic projects, research papers, and sourcing information to foster student success.
Teaching students about effective study strategies, time management, and developing strong research skills.
Conducting workshops or one-on-one sessions for students on study techniques, digital literacy, and research methods.
Demonstrating best practices for navigating school systems, organizing academic work, and utilizing educational resources across various subjects.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Administration, or related field.
Emotional maturity and stability to handle various student and staff concerns.
Patient, flexible, positive, consistent, dependable, and cooperative with a sense of humor.
Ability to take supervision and correction constructively.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to positively supervise staff and students.
