Responsibilities
- Leading and facilitating camp activities, including arts and crafts, sports, games, and outdoor adventures
- Assisting campers with group projects, team-building exercises, and skill development activities
- Providing guidance and support to campers to help them build confidence, problem-solving skills, and social interactions
- Teaching essential life skills such as teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution
- Ensuring safety and well-being of campers during activities and events, maintaining a positive camp environment
Skills & Experience
- Emotional maturity and stability
- Patient, flexible, positive, consistent, dependable, and cooperative with a sense of humor
- Ability to take supervision and correction constructively
- Ability to positively supervise children
