Responsibilities

Reviewing developmental activities and lesson plans with children
Assisting children with activities that promote learning, such as arts, crafts, and basic educational tasks
Working with children to help them understand key concepts through play and hands-on learning activities
Teaching skills to improve developmental milestones, such as basic motor skills, social interaction, and communication
Demonstrating best practices for early childhood education, including interactive learning techniques and age-appropriate activities

Emotional maturity and stability
Patient, flexible, positive, consistent, dependable, and cooperative with a sense of humor
Ability to take supervision and correction constructively
Ability to positively supervise students
