Responsibilities
- Reviewing developmental activities and lesson plans with children
- Assisting children with activities that promote learning, such as arts, crafts, and basic educational tasks
- Working with children to help them understand key concepts through play and hands-on learning activities
- Teaching skills to improve developmental milestones, such as basic motor skills, social interaction, and communication
- Demonstrating best practices for early childhood education, including interactive learning techniques and age-appropriate activities

- Ability to take supervision and correction constructively
