Responsibilities
- Developing and reviewing lesson plans to align with educational standards and objectives

- Developing strategies to enhance academic performance, such as study skills, time management, and test-taking techniques
- Implementing best practices for academic success, including reading comprehension, writing skills, and critical thinking across subjects
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education or a related field
- Emotional maturity and stability to effectively manage classroom dynamics
- Patient, flexible, positive, and dependable, with the ability to create a supportive learning environment
- Consistent and cooperative, with a sense of humor to engage young learners
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and apply it to improve teaching practices
- Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to supervise students in a positive and encouraging manner
