Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Emotional maturity and stability to handle sensitive situations with students and families.

  • Patience, flexibility, and a positive, dependable, and cooperative attitude.

  • Ability to receive and act on supervision and constructive feedback.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and positively guide students.
