Responsibilities
Assisting students in navigating academic records, scheduling, and course registration systems.
Supporting students with personal, academic, and career counseling, and helping them address challenges related to school life.
Teaching coping strategies, social-emotional skills, and academic success techniques, including time management and stress reduction.
Conducting workshops or one-on-one sessions on college preparation, career planning, and personal development.
Demonstrating best practices for effective communication, goal-setting, and utilizing support resources across various school programs.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
Strong emotional maturity and the ability to remain calm and compassionate in challenging situations.
Patient, flexible, positive, consistent, dependable, and cooperative with a sense of humor to foster a supportive environment.
Ability to receive supervision and feedback constructively for continuous improvement.
Ability to positively engage with and supervise students while promoting their personal and academic growth.
