Demonstrating best practices for navigating academic systems, organizing study materials, and utilizing psychological tools across various student needs.
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
Emotional maturity, stability, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Patience, flexibility, positivity, consistency, dependability, and a sense of humor when working with students and staff.
Ability to accept supervision, feedback, and adapt to new strategies constructively.
Strong skills in supervising and supporting students, ensuring their academic and emotional well-being.
